Payment & Cancellation Policy

How to pay

Payment is due no later than the start of the scheduled session unless a payment plan has been arranged and signed in advance.

Card: pay through Square. Credit card payments may include a processing fee assigned by the platform used.

Full Consultation Package: The $1,650 package may be paid in full before services begin or through a three-payment plan: $750 due before Session 1, $450 due before Session 4, and $450 due before Session 7.

Enrollment in the package represents a commitment to the full 10-session program. Payment plans divide the total package cost into installments and do not convert the program into a pay-per-session service.

Remarkable Minds does NOT bill insurance.

Cancellations

At least 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without a cancellation fee.
Families enrolled in the 10-session Parent Training Program will not be charged late-cancellation or no-show fees. However, the missed session will count toward the total 10 sessions included in the package, and tardiness will impact the length of the session.

This ensures structure, predictability, and mutual respect for the time dedicated to your family.

In Remarkable Minds your time and investment are valued. We deeply respect the time you dedicate to this process, and in return, we ask that families respect the time reserved for their sessions. Your scheduled time slot is held specifically for you, and consistent attendance is essential for meaningful progress.

Maintaining this mutual respect allows us to:

build predictable routines,
practice strategies consistently,
avoid interruptions in progress, and
ensure that all families receive the support and structure they deserve.

If a time change is needed, advance notice helps us honor each other's time and maintain the integrity of this collaborative process.

Refund policy

Payments are non-refundable for sessions already delivered or reserved. Unused prepaid sessions are handled as described in your signed service agreement. This ensures that the time and resources reserved for your family are honored and allows us to maintain consistency in scheduling and program planning.

Discontinuation of services

Services may end due to completion, caregiver choice, nonattendance, lack of follow-through, recommendation for alternative services, or violation of professional conduct and safety policies.
